This can look different for everyone. The max is about 30 minutes, 5 times per week.
Yes. You’ll be guided through everything. Workouts are modifiable, and you’ll have support to ask questions and stay on track. The workouts are designed to be challenging and effective, with a focus on form, control, and strength building, not pushing your heart rate to the max. You’ll feel the work — but it’s about intentional movement, not burnout.
We offer substitution ideas for common allergens and dietary preferences — and you're encouraged to adapt recipes as needed.
All recipes are gluten-free. They are not dairy-free, but we include simple swaps to adjust for your preferences or sensitivities.
Yes — the recipes use whole, recognizable ingredients and are easy to prep. We also cover how to make adjustments which you can easily implement if desired.
It will be more challenging with a vegetarian diet but doable if you are comfortable modifying your protein sources (e.g. meats for tofu, beans, eggs, etc.). This program is not designed for a vegan diet. I would suggest seeking a coach who specializes with vegan eating.
